will you buy my bags from me or will you buy an old customization back if I’m tired of my design?

while we appreciate the offer, We only purchase our pre-owned handbags from trusted sources that we have developed relationships with, and that have proven themselves through the test of time. We strongly fight against counterfeits. we also cannot buy back a bag purchased from us to re-customize and re-sell, but we can work with you to see if there are any options for cover-up customizations to ensure your constant satisfaction with your piece.

what is the best way to care for my custom piece?

the custom artwork should last on your accessory as long as you avoid harsh chemicals and constant harsh rubbing. it should withstand water and the elements and our experience shows that it will withstand the test of time.

why the .30 on every item?

the .30 is an homage to the birthday of Frances Marie bright, the loving matriarch of our family who passed in 2019. she is the foundation for black sheep luxuries and all of the skill work can be attributed to her. as an avid seamstress, quilter, and artist, she is the one who taught the black sheep how to sew and paint. we could not be where we are today without her help, and her extreme attention to detail is reflected in all of our pieces.

can I use my bag every day?

while we understand you want to use your custom bag everyday, please also keep in mind that these are not only handbags, but also pieces of art. although we have performed extensive testing and are confident in the integrity of the artwork, the pieces are still to be handled delicately and with love just like any other piece of art or fine luxury goods you may have in your closet or home.
