Shipping

Due to their value, all bags ship with usps priority shipping with Signature Required. the customer will need to be present for delivery in order to sign for the package.  the customer will receive a tracking number so they can receive tracking updates as they become available via usps. we are not responsible for updating customers on any subsequent tracking update.  If you change any shipping details or redirect to a different address after receiving initial the tracking notification, the customer claims full responsibility for the delivery of their items.

All Ready to Ship handbags, straps, charms, and tassels will ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any exchanges.

Returns, Repairs, Layaways, & Alterations

By accessing or using any part of our website or Facebook page, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 
We reserve the right at any time to alter or discontinue service(s) if we see fit without prior notice.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our business, once your order has been placed, you will have 24 hours to contact us directly to cancel your order. You have up to 7 days from confirmed delivery to exchange products purchased from the Black Sheep Luxuries website or from the Facebook page. Anything personalized or monogrammed is not eligible for a return and is final sale. Returns or exchanges will be given a store credit comparable to the initial purchase price and does not include shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and must be in the original packaging.

Layaways

Black Sheep Luxuries is happy to offer layaway via our Facebook page only. To be eligible for a layaway, purchases must be greater than or equal to $100, excluding shipping costs. A 30% down payment is required upon agreement of the layaway, and the deposit is non refundable. additionally, any and all deposits and payments are forfeited by the customer if the layaway is not fulfilled by the agreed upon time period. Layaways are for a 30 day period only, and special circumstances such as cost or time extensions must be pre-approved by Black Sheep Luxuries prior to agreement of the layaway. The item upon layaway will only be completed after full payment has been received and adequate time must be allotted to Black Sheep Luxuries for this purpose. layaway payments are non-transferrable to other products from black sheep luxuries’ website or Facebook page. all items placed on a 30 day layaway are final sale with the exception of our repair policies.

Repairs and Alterations

We take pride in the quality of our handmade products; however, should an item need to be repaired within 90 days of the purchase date, you can send your repair back to our home office for a complimentary repair at 741 Ammons Bridge Road, Monroe, GA 30655. If a repair needs to be made after 90 days of the purchase date, the buyer assumes all costs designated by Black Sheep Luxuries for the repair as well as shipping costs. We do not offer complimentary alterations such as color changes to a custom item, and the cost of altering such an item will be determined by Black Sheep Luxuries.
